Summary
Our Premises Operations team is growing! The Client Success role is an integral part of the intake process and as so, we are seeking a highly organized case manager who has the ability to work on a varied case load. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Main point of contact for clients needs, communicating with clients regarding status and case updates.
- Handling communication with defendant teams.
- Assist with case intake, maintaining organized files.
- Work with all members of the team involved in the management and support of case files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing of files and records, and other office procedures
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Great written and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm.
