Summary
We are looking for a “Design Forward” Web UI Director to lead the look, feel and flow of our web UI, along with experience in full picture of website string design analytic testing.
Our Brooklyn office, situated inside a redesigned industrial loft, is the creative and operational backbone of the company. It looks like a startup (foosball, beanbags, unlimited snacks) but offers the strength and security of a leading 30-year enterprise.
We tackle complex marketing, media, and technology challenges in the legal sphere. We're fast learners, risk-takers, and experts in our field. We have been doing this for a long time, together, and we put people first. With that mantra ("For the People") in mind, we're redefining the law space.
Compensation: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 DOE Benefits
Responsibilities
- Serve as the leader for all Web design, development, and deployment.
- Work to define and execute in collaboration with the leads of the other departments, including Creative and Strategy.
- Analyze and recommend emerging industry or marketing trends, as well as drivers for growth.
Qualification
- 3 years of experience in web development.
- UI, Analytics, and Engineering experience.
- Creative background in design and ability to provide a portfolio showcasing skills.
- Leadership Experience- owning goals, key results and roadmaps for the Web team.
- Understand the principles of and have experience working with UI, SEO and Paid Marketing teams.
- Exposure and experience with legal industry, helpful.
- Familiarity with lead generation, loyalty marketing and experiential marketing.
- A proactive, creative thinker guided by actionable analytics.
