KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Boost store revenue by cultivating a sales-oriented environment through effective retail techniques.
- Cultivate professional connections with colleagues and doctors.
- Fill eyeglass prescriptions and tailor lenses and frames to meet patient needs, including lens recommendations and frame selection.
- Conduct optical measurements accurately and ensure a seamless patient experience from pricing to delivery.
- Offer guidance on Managed Vision Care and assist with store merchandising and marketing activities.
- Perform pre-screening tasks and routine cleaning duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales proficiency and accountability for achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and exceed their expectations.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and doctors.
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and flexibility in managing tasks.
