Morgantown Bank & Trust, an independent, community-based financial institution, is seeking applicants for an experienced Teller/Customer Service Representative.
Job Summary
-Responsible for comprehensive, prompt, and efficient customer transactions
-Receives check and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, checks validity of checks and enters deposits into computer records
-Receives mortgage, consumer loan and other payments and ensures the payments are entered correctly
-Provides exceptional customer service and sales using ethical sales solutions
-Identifies referral and cross-sell opportunities
-Provides other sales and support duties in a dynamic work environment
Required Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent, minimum
-2 years previous teller experience preferred
-2 years cash handling experience
-Ability to operate computer system
-Ability to pay close attention to detail in a busy work environment
