• We have an opening for an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES position.
• Location: Beaumont Commons - 21450 Archwood Circle. Farmington Hills, MI 48336.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule:  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends.  More details available upon interview.
• Details:  Beaumont Commons of Farmington Hills consists of skilled long term care and assisted living. The skilled long term care area provides a tray line food service program while the Bistro is restaurant-style. The Assistant Director will primarily work two shifts, 9:30 am or 12 pm and every other weekend. Their focus will be on the Bistro area, but will also assist in the skilled area as needed.  The assistant director will supervise up to 20 associates.
• Requirement: Must have 2 years in a food service supervisory role.  Experience with multi-tasking, cash handling, hands-on and have the ability to jump in and assist when short-staffed as needed.  Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, senior living, or long term care environment preferred.  Some culinary production experience a plus.
