What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at Moses, Palmer & Howell, L.L.P.?
Five attorney law firm seeks full-time paralegal to assist with a civil practice concentratedin litigation and corporate matters. Must be able to conduct computer research, beproficient in Lexis and Texas Secretary of State filings, assist with discovery (includingelectronic document review and production, preparation for depositions, summarizingdepositions and calendaring deadlines), assist at hearings and trials (including preparingnotebooks, preparing video deposition excerpts using trial/document managementsoftware and indexing trial documents) and assist legal secretaries with e-filing, filemaintenance and other miscellaneous tasks. Must have the flexibility to work overtime(this will likely only be a necessary one to four weeks a year). Pay will be commensuratewith experience.
