Position Description
- Conduct all responsibilities in compliance with regulatory requirements in an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Write procedures, work instructions and forms in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead on-site ISO audits, customer audits, and internal audits.
- Train personnel on company policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, including development of vendor specifications, vendor quality agreements, and vendor supply agreements.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and vendor audits as required.
- Manage raw materials for production.
- Participate in solving problems by applying root cause analysis and the Corrective And Preventive Action process.
- Facilitate transfer of products from R&D to Operations, including setting product specifications, creating documentation and training on new testing techniques.
- Complete Design Control processes for new products.
- Take charge of all validation activities.
- Complete Quality System Questionnaires from customers.
- Maintain all laboratory equipment requiring calibration up to date.
- Conduct vendor qualification studies for raw materials.
- Complete quality control testing of raw materials and intermediates.
- Conduct various analytical test procedures including in-process and final release for products, write reports, and maintain technical data.
- Execute stability testing, tracking, and reporting for products and reagents.
- Demonstrate proficiency with microtiter plate ELISA testing, membrane test methods, and UV/VIS spectrophotometry.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Carry out shipping studies as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
