Job Summary
The employee efficiently and accurately administers Moss Rental orders. Full understanding and implementation of the Rental System in Moss OS. Responsible for the Rental schedule and making sure orders ship on time. Leads the rental team on setups. Checks inventory and recommends internal builds as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administers the Moss Rental System in Moss OS
- Assigns rental inventory to orders, and returns rental properties to inventory in system
- Leads and plans work for the rental team
- Efficiently and accurately set-up, breakdown, review, and pack Moss product
- Fit Fabrics to Moss Frame systems
- Perform QC inspections on fabric and frames
- Interact with other departments
- Follow all procedures and standards
- Read and understand all aspects of a work orders and drawings
- Accurately clock labor to work orders using Moss production system
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Available to work overtime as needed, including weekends
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Accurately follow instructions
- Interact with Moss production system on computers and tablets
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Able to read a tape measure to 1/16”
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in English
