Full Job Description
* Oversee Scheduling needs for the Front Office.
* Work with Housekeeping staff and Maintenance to ensure tasks are completed in a timely
manner
* Streamline communication between all departments
* Be the first point of contact for all guest issues
* Train and schedule new hires in your department
* Hold team accountable for productivity and verifying checklists are being followed
* Be a team player and be the leader your team looks up to.
* Cover shifts as required should there ever be an emergency
* Respond to all guest reviews via TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc... within 72 hours
* Documenting all incidences accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure a great professional environment is maintained at all times
* Hold quarterly front office meetings
* Conduct daily standups with the team to review daily statistics
* Help with sales and review weekly statistics
* Must be in professional attire at all times
* Assist the General Manager at other tasks as directed
