Summary
Motility is looking for a detail-oriented and focused Forms Designer & Programmer to join our team. In this role you are responsible for the design, development, creation and/or modification of digital forms that dynamically access data from a database in order to help automate and streamline the Finance & Insurance workflow when purchasing a vehicle.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and update forms as needed or as requested by client.
- Reference legacy technology and previous versions of forms in order to convert forms to Adobe digital forms.
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure successful program operation and that client’s needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain historical records by documenting program development and modifications.
- Learn and maintain an high level of understanding of modules within the Dealer software (DMS) to assist clients with printing and adjusting setup.
- Makes recommendations for improvement of existing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years work related experience
- Experience working with Visual Studio designer, Adobe Acrobat, or similar digital forms creation tool
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL, VB.net, C#, Forms Design
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and business process acumen

Physical Requirements
Employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will also be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to twenty pounds.
