Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 plus years in working with consumer financial regulations and laws that impact Compliance Monitoring & Adherence's business (Areas of focus but not limited to: Access Management, Vulnerabilities, Trust Framework, Cyber Security, AML, SDLC, Reg. E, Reg. P, Reg. B (ECOA) Reg. Z.
- 3-5 plus years in computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages (proficient in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence).
- 2-3 plus years in strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter that is proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions.
- Must be inquisitive with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong curiosity about fintech and consumer finance.
- Must be detail oriented, thorough, and well organized.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5 plus years of professional work experience in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, or Audit.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with the operations leaders to monitoring and enforce compliance standards, which consist of executing cyber security adherence lifecycle with minimal management oversight.
- Assist with the ongoing compliance activities on adherence to compliance program and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver accurate, in depth, and well documented fieldwork and collaborate with the cyber leaders to define identified issues.
- Work closely and cross functionally with multiple departments (Compliance, Risk, Legal Product, etc..) while completing all adherence related activities.
- Support a very fast paced business with tight deadlines while providing diligent and detailed work product.
- Support other key compliance and risk management projects as needed.
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
