Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Level Fullstack React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and enhancing our data engineering SaaS product. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for our clients in the higher education sector.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of our SaaS product using React, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our product works seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve our product.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with Node.js and building scalable backend services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
