The Position
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Event Marketing professional to join our team.
The Marketing Director will be a natural leader who develops and drives marketing strategies that build brand awareness, interest and results. They will report into the General Manager and collaborate across the Motiv Departments to develop campaigns, executions, timelines, budgets and spending targets. Additionally, they will implement and maintain practices to evaluate effectiveness of the campaigns and make adjustments as appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement strategic/tactical marketing plans to meet event participation targets.
- Drive the creation of the seasonal marketing plans for each event to communicate the marketing objectives and create cohesive execution between all departments and functions.
- Create and execute milestone and keystone campaigns for portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sponsorship team to drive “go to market” initiatives and maximize sponsorship revenues.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, including monthly reconciliation and quarterly forecasting.
- Collaborate with Creative resources, internal and agencies, on the development and execution of the digital marketing and social media strategies for the brands.
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Department employees to foster personal and professional growth.

- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Conduct campaign performance reviews
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the General
Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience executing strategic, revenue-driving campaigns via digital, social, print and outreach channels
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape, endurance sports preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of growing revenue channels
- Proven success using analytics and data to inform decisions
- Demonstrated knowledge of latest digital marketing tools, software and strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
