To ensurethat Supply Chain goals for the region are met; which includes Revenue, Cost, Cash, and Customers reques
Represent end to end Supply Chain for the region, be involved in strategic discussions as well as customers/stakeholders escalations
Scope of Responsibilities:
Play active part in revenue alignment between Sales and Finance
Continuously track revenue for the region, assess and mitigate risks
Act as SC focal point for Sales, Services teams as well as other Supply Chain functions
Be part of the go to market strategy for new products
Cooperate closely with Demand Planning to align on forecast, product transitions
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones)
Fluent English (spoken and written) and advanced Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)
Hands on approach will be required
Presenting strong communication skills to develop relationships both internally (Supply Chain) and externally (Sales/Customers)
Education and Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
10 years experience as Manager in a multi regional environment in (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Supply Chain).
High analytical skills required to combine different sources of data, concluded to make decisions on the spot.
