The Recruiter role:
Due to our growth resulting from customer demand Westaff is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with our customers and associates in Essex County, MA area!
What you will do in the Recruiter position:
- Using your knowledge of recruiting techniques you will source, screen, and evaluate candidates so you can make excellent hiring decisions
- Collaborate with the team to create a high energy results-oriented culture
- Manage job postings through social media and job boards
- Visit with and tour client work locations to gain an understanding of the work requirements
- Manage and retain existing associates by providing opportunities for work as well as responding to their questions and concerns
- You will select and assign associates to positions that meet and exceed the associate's and clients needs and expectations
- Ensuring that both the associate and the client are highly satisfied during the assignment and provide coaching for the associate when needed
Qualifications for the Recruiter position:
- Recruiting, hiring, and coordinating experience are a plus however we will train
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while producing quality results
- Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and TEAMS
- The ability to travel to local customers and recruit events locally is required
- Ability to pass a drug test and will have their background and credit history reviewed
