Community Liaison

About us:

Mountain Care Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated Pharmacy (in Boise, Id.) that specializes in many facets of Pharmacy, including Sterile compounding. We are looking for an experienced, independent, motivated, and creative Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing and be eager to learn and develop their skills in the field. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with research, creating content, developing campaigns, and being out in the community visiting Dr.s' Offices and clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some previous Marketing/Sales with experience in the medical field or Pharmacy specifically.

Purpose: Work closely with the Director of Public Relations on Marketing strategies then go out into the community to visit Dr.’s offices and Wellness Clinics to promote our Wellness Compounds and other Sterile Compounding services and other services provided.

Experience/Education:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Be at least 18 years of age.

· Marketing/Sales experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare (minimum 1 year in an independent position)

· Outgoing, warm, personable, able to hear “no” and keep going strong until you get your “yes”.

Essential Functions:

· Maintain excellent communication with Director of PR

· Help develop and distribute marketing materials

· Plan, map, route, and track offices visited

· Follow-up with as needed

· Plan and execute email, fax, or other campaigns for promotion

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to drive/stand for up to 10 hours.

· Must be able to lift and push or pull up to 50lbs.

· Be able to drive to multiple stops and follow navigated routes, following all local and state laws while driving.

Other skills and abilities include:

· Have typing skills of at least 30 wpm.

· Pass a drug test.

· Maintain information confidentiality

· Offer flexibility in work hour scheduling.

Hours:

Approximately 40 hours per week. Scheduling can be flexible.
