Corporate Technician

$18 monthly service bonus = monthly wage range of $3202-$4172

$1000.00 sign on bonus $500 first paycheck $500 at 90 days

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our dynamic service team as a Corporate Technician.

Looking for a career change? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for all service positions including our Corporate Technicians.

What does a Corporate Technician do? Technicians help our clients maintain their hot tubs.

Ability to learn how to service electrical, mechanical, or plumping repairs on hot tubs, and how to recognize when may need to bring back to shop for an in-depth diagnosis.

Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships by communicating with internal team members and our customers.

Exhibit attention to details.

Develop knowledge to work with limited or remote supervision/manufacture assistance.

Maintain a working knowledge of the hot tub industry and new service issues.

Able to work outside of normal business hours (on a per needed basis).

Work is outside (any type of Montana weather).

Testing and balancing the hot water

Cleaning and rinsing the hot tub filter(s)

Replacing cartridges

Clean and service the ACE Salt cell

Vacuum debris from the hot tub floor

Perform functional analysis of electrical systems such as the computer and equipment inside/outside of the hot tub.

Drain, clean, and refill hot tubs

Deliver products to customers (as necessary)'

Clean driving record with MT driver's license

Ability to lift heavy objects over 100 lbs

Ability to pass background screening

Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance

Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice
