We are a growing Agricultural based company with offices in Haxtun, but serving customers in a broad variety of locations.

Role:

We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented Office Assistant who is able to assist in daily tasks as well as larger projects in a fast paced office environment. Our ideal candidate will be professional and business minded, relational with customers and employees and uphold the standards and values of the company. This position will require adaptability, use of skills in multiple different applications, and the ability to be a team player while also taking direction well.

We are a small but growing company with the opportunity of advancement and growth in this position. Our most pressing need is for someone who can perform the duties below, but we are also in need of additional skills such as bookkeeping support and basic website maintenance . Job description and pay rates will be determined according to skills of the candidate and needs of the company.

Responsibilities: (These may vary according to a candidates specific skill set)

  • Daily Office Operations - Assist our Office Manager with customer communications and mailings, clerical office duties, answering phones as necessary, and general office support.
  • Customers- Accurately maintain customer records, such as contracts and contact information.
  • Vehicles- Maintain current fleet vehicle registrations, insurance cards, and help with maintenance records as necessary.
  • Office Supplies and Appearance- Maintain sufficient stock of office supplies and other necessary items and needs and help to ensure our office stays organized and professional in appearance.
  • Employee Records - Gather and maintain employee hiring documents and information. Communicate with employees as needed to keep accurate files. Gather needed information for each pay period, such as mileage reimbursements other reimbursements and clarification of hours as needed.
  • Maintain access to Apps- Solve difficulties with logins or technical difficulties relating to employees work based mobile applications
  • Contribute to the improvement of office operations by creating new or more efficient processes in the above items and general office organization.
