What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical/Surgical II RN -FT position at MountainView Regional Medical Center?
The Med/Surg RN is a competent, registered, professional nurse who delivers care to the patient through utilization of the nursing process, which includes but is not limited to assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The RN provides quality patient care in accordance with MVRMC policies and procedures and established patient care standards and practice.
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Experience:
Required: At least one year of RN experience in Med/Surg
Licenses/Certificates:
Required: Current professional nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Preferred: Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
