Internship Objective
To provide a meaningful work experience over a period of 10 weeks which is mutually beneficial to the Company and the successful intern candidate. Interns will be assigned a mentor and a project to be completed during their assignment. Interns will perform additional assignments; however, completion of the project will be the primary objective for the work experience.

- Policy Administration
- Employee Relations
- Travel to poultry processing facilities and recruiting offices in Delaware and North Carolina
- Participate in special events including professional development and leadership presentations, social/networking building activities and local community volunteer programs
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms
- Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Efficient, detail-oriented w/ great organizational skills
- Ability to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to effectively communicate and present ideas
- Prefer candidate enrolled in undergraduate program with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Poultry Science, or Public Relations
