We currently have opportunities for Jewelry Sales Consultants to join our team in our Colonial Park location. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience for our clients, including prompt greeting, in-store experience and follow-up.
- Provide solutions to fit the customers’ needs with an in-depth understanding of product features & benefits and offering suggestions and alternatives.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vendors, designers and jewelry products offered in store acquired by constant training using webinars, instore and out-of-store trainings and quarterly meetings.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Follow opening and closing procedures daily.
- Complete all tasks and projects as assigned by Store Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and replenish merchandise as it is sold.
- Strategize with Store Managers to meet sales goals.
- Help maintain the proper display of products ensuring they comply with the store’s image and high-quality standards.
- Report pricing discrepancies and loss/damage of jewelry to Store Manager.
- Practice teamwork with peers, both with the clients in a team selling situation and with each other to achieve objectives/project goals.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Act with integrity, maintain a professional appearance, display a positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach to work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High-school diploma or GED.
- 5 years of successful sales experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
