This individual will be responsible for operations, time tracking, upselling, and must have a proven track record of achieving or surpassing operational goals. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the activities and functions to achieve operational goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer presence, leveraging the brand, and driving employee engagement in a highly competitive business environment.
Must Possess
- “Can do/will do” attitude
- Organizational thought process and ability to lead by example
- Desire to implement operational plans to achieve goals and direct oversight of 30-50 employees
- Skill to maintain and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures for operational areas
- Ability to train new personnel in at least two languages (English a must) Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to write in English and comprehend Scope of Work, forms, spreadsheets, and entry level computer systems.
- Aptitude to learn new skills in project management and organization in a highly competitive environment
Qualifications
- Must have Commercial/Industrial Cleaning Experience
- Strong desire to lead and develop others
- 5 years Industry related knowledge and experience
- Must have second shift experience
- 3 or more years leading teams in a related industry
- Demonstrated success and stability in prior roles
- Industry certifications and licenses a plus
- Clean driving record/License a must
- Must be authorized to work in the US
