JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:


Customer Interaction Management: Utilize ticket systems, especially ZenDesk, to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns. Leverage CRM systems to manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Technical Setup: Possess proficiency in setting up SaaS software solutions, including but not limited to Click Funnels, Zapier, Notion, Slack, and Close.io. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance to customers in navigating our software solutions.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate a solid phone presence, engaging effectively with customers to understand and address their needs. Respond to queries and messages across social media platforms and internal channels like Slack.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Understand and follow established SOPs for various roles and responsibilities within the customer success function. Contribute to the creation and refinement of SOPs to improve operational efficiency.


QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years of recent experience in customer success, support, or a related role.

Familiarity with ticket systems (e.g., ZenDesk), CRM systems and Slack

Strong phone communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Experience creating customer success or related SOPs.

Technical proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting SaaS solutions.

Previous work tenure is highly preferred. E.g. 2 years in previous positions.
