Responsibilities:
· Plan and schedule moves, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
· Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
· Manage a team of movers and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete each move.
· Conduct pre-move surveys to assess the scope of work and provide accurate cost estimates.
· Follow established routes or create new routes for efficient delivery.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during the moving process.
· Manage daily moving logistics, ensuring efficient operations.
· Handle client calls and initiate outgoing calls to expand our client base.
· Coordinate and lead a team of at least 4 moving staff members.
· Actively recruit and onboard new movers to meet demand.
· Bilingual proficiency preferred; English fluency required.
· Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter and proactive problem solver.
· Requirements:
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
· Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
