Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all Teller and Customer Service Representative Responsibilities. Refer customers to appropriate departments as necessary. Recommend appropriate solutions and services based on customer need.
- Demonstrate skills and behaviors necessary to achieve growth of deposit solutions, referrals to business partners and sharing successes in an effort to build customer relationships.
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships through the identification of needs and by matching appropriate solutions through deposit growth activities.
- Meet and exceed deposit growth and incentive goals with the utmost of accuracy and highest ethical standards.
Perform all transactions consistent with the role of a Teller including but not limited to:
· Checking & savings transactions, loan payments and account inquiries.
· Sell cashier’s checks and other banking solutions.
· Perform transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
· Efficiently and accurately perform end of day proving to include taking computer totals, scanning checks, balancing daily work and proving cash drawer.
· Provide a friendly, yet professional level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
Perform all transactions consistent with the role of a Customer Service Representative including but not limited to:
- Open new deposit accounts (for example, Checking, Savings, IRAs, Certificates of Deposit and Money Market Accounts.)
- Order checks and ATM/Debit Cards.
- Accept wire transfer requests, verifying information and availability of funds.
- Provide customers with information on all aspects of deposit accounts and bank services including rates, service charges, restrictions, and other relevant account information.
- May perform the duties of the Safe Deposit Box attendant.
· Assist with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
· Comply with all applicable banking regulations and BSA/AML program, requirements, and controls.
· Comply with all department and Bank policies and procedures.
Education/Certification
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
- Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Banking Industry: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
