Moveras, LLC is a Salem, NH and Phoenix, AZ based remanufacturer of transmissions for the retail automotive after-market. Each Moveras transmission is produced in a World Class manufacturing facility. Our customers include Autozone, Advance, NAPA, Carquest, Pepboys, O’Reilly as well as online and extended warranty customers.
Entry Level Technician
This is a great position if you just graduated from Auto Tech school or if you are looking to get off your feet and out of the shop!
Responsibilities:
· Have a good understanding of basic vehicle systems and code descriptions
· Ability to learn, with technical resources, to diagnose and repair vehicle driveline systems
· Diagnose automotive transmission problems over the phone, and via email
· Communicate with customers and vendors to assist the vehicle end user
· Partner with technical support team to ensure each customer issue is resolved in a timely manner
· Track and enter information into custom database to ensure accurate reporting and tracking
· 80% Remote/20% Office work available
Required Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively and efficiently with all customers
· Willing to get into the details, analyze, draw conclusions, and most importantly ensure the customer is satisfied and that their problem is solved
· Flexible and able to adapt to requirements in a fast-paced setting
· A team player – willing to lend an extra hand or ear when necessary!
· Strong word processing skills and typing ability
Desired Skills:
· Spanish Bilingual a plus
· Technical background relative to automotive – specifically transmissions. Knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure is highly desirable
· Experience in auto repair or just graduated from Auto Tech school
· Familiarity with MS Office, Alldata, Identifix, ATRA

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
