Moxie is seeking an innovative leader who thrives on designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and impactful training content for our Contact Center team. The Instructional Designer is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. Every day will provide a new challenge. How Is Success Measured In This Role?
Employee Engagement and Employee Retention will be two (2) key metrics utilized to understand excellence in this role. We believe goals are best set in parallel with employees, so we’ll spend our first 30 days together determining how the ideal candidate can best succeed in this role.
Who You Are:
- A proven leader, one who is not afraid to dive in and learn alongside their peers to develop train that will impact the team the most
- A creative thinker! Someone who can develop new ideas and incorporate them into daily training without significant planning
- You’re well skilled in multiple multimedia platforms and can train through a variety of mediums to keep the employees engaged
- You research training on a regular basis and you are constantly wanting to learn new models to implement through team pilots
What You’ll Do:
- Conducts daily training and development needs assessment
- Develops training and development programs and objectives
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of MoxieWorks effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR team
Skills & Experience:
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Team player willing
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Three (3) years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and measure team effectiveness and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
