We have an internationally inspired menu that's entirely made from scratch, USDA Prime steak program from Lonestar meats in Austin, TX, a refined cocktail program of 20 signature recipes, and an outstanding wine list with more than 70 labels. We are very proud of our food menu as our Chefs work very hard to keep it current and very fresh. We are open for brunch on the weekends and open late every day. We have a team of nearly 150 employees, and we want to continue to grow and create opportunities for new team members! Overview:
To provide a prompt and warm reception of all guests and find suitable seating, while providing other measures of outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a great first impression when guests arrive, and a lasting impression as you invite departing guests back for another visit.
- Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude at all times towards guests and fellow team members.
- Ensure you are seating the most desirable tables at all times.
- Anticipate guest transition and the timing of table turns.
- Smile!
- Opening front door for guests.
- Answering the phone for general customer service and taking reservations.
- Seating guests.
- Cleaning and resetting dirty tables.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of entryway and washrooms.
- Perform quality checks as guests depart and thank them for their visit.
