The Front Office Manager will oversee all front office operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
- Train, supervise, and support front office staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
- Develop and implement front office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or Hotel within a hotel front office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, etc.).
