What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at mp properties?
We are a company that has a number of rental properties on the Iron Range. Job duties include:
-Painting and drywall
-Exterior work, such as siding, metal work and painting
-minor electrical and minor plumbing repairs
-basic construction skills such as door installs, countertop install, flooring, etc....
Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license
Positive attitude and a good work ethic is a must
Pay is based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
