• Automotive Service Manager

Job Description:

• Looking for an Automotive Service Manager with GREAT sales skills, customer communication skills, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and the willingness to do just a little extra for our customers! This position will focus on increasing customer satisfaction and advising customers on how to repair vehicles RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, while maintaining a high level of shop productivity and efficiency.
• We expect that all employees will adhere to the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, cleanliness, customer service, and community relations.

Experience: (preferred)

• Automotive Service Manager Experience: 2 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Increase profitability of company by maximizing sales and minimizing expenses.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Maintain a high level of shop productivity and technician efficiency.
• Maintain the company standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, cleanliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.

Pay Rate:

• $48,000 – $60,000 Yearly Salary
• Bonus opportunities

Pay Frequency:

• Twice monthly (5th and 20th)
