Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our Team and President. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and team support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. We offer full benefits inclusive of Medical/401K/Vacation/Holidays and salary is commensurate upon experience and general knowledge. The position is located in West Palm Beach and is full time business hours Monday-Friday. Only local Palm Beach County residents will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain team’s schedules, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Design and maintain databases
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Write and track proposals
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients and vendors
- Attend team events if required—some may be in the evening due to public meetings, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Travel to off-site meetings if required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office is critical
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
