The MRA Group Development team is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects. This individual will manage and direct consultants, contractors, and other necessary professionals critical to successfully investigating, planning, engineering, designing, permitting and constructing development projects through project close-out. This position will be responsible for planning and entitlements, bidding, contractor selection, project oversight and communicating with clients and tenants. This person will be responsible to for providing reliable, timely, and professional construction administration services throughout the life cycle of projects including cost, schedule, and design management.
Responsibilities may include working with management teams, providing consulting support and technical expertise throughout the planning and conceptual design phases of projects. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in one or more of the following sectors: office, institutional, healthcare or life sciences sectors. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the planning, design and construction process. This position requires the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
· B.S. Degree (Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or related field is preferred)
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years directly related experience in construction/development/project management role
· Minimum of 5 years real estate development experience required
· Direct project management experience with commercial development, construction, tenant improvement, and/or renovation projects.
