Big Picture:
Responsible for people operations activities including onboarding, HRIS system maintenance, file management, employee movement/changes, maintaining compliance programs and supporting department projects. Participates in recruiting and support of HR programs focusing on an outstanding employee experience and retention initiatives. You will have the opportunity to grow your career with a new team, work collaboratively across the organization, work in a fun environment with great people and build your career with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of onboarding process and employee experience, file management, employee movement within the organization
- Employee support, employee relations and impacting the overall employee experience
- Support of programs including safety training, DOT testing/certification, random drug screening, recruiting and employee development programs
- Participate in staffing initiatives including full lifecycle recruiting, employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience
- Administration of benefits programs including insurance, life and disability and 401(k)
- Manage leave of absences and worker compensation claims through PEO partnership
- Maintain compliance and standards with employee handbook, background checks,
- E-Verify, annual reporting requirements (ACA, EEOC, etc.) and state compliance for all locations

- Put your technical skills to the test - improve the existing processes with automation and play a role in system selection and be on the implementation team to elevate us to the next level
