Personal Injury Paralegal
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and assess needs.
- Organize and manage medical records, including obtaining necessary documentation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence such as complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations by gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Assist in case investigation activities, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
- Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements throughout the case process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to provide comprehensive support in personal injury cases.
