What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations/Warehouse Lead position at MRC 1 LLC?
MRC Recycling is looking to grow the Operations Team, and are in need of an Operations/Warehouse Team Lead.
- Arrive at 7:30am to open the warehouse and dispatch drivers.
- Process material according to special customer requirements.
- Maintain safe and clean warehouse and environment.
- Report material processing numbers to Corporate OPS Manager.
- Follow min/max levels on supplies.
- Be available to answer questions from drivers and provide assistance.
- Unload and Load company trucks, LTL trucks, and FTL trucks via forklift.
- Sort, Process, and Organize materials and warehouse.
- Palletize, Stack, and Wrap materials within warehouse.
- Work/Lead Community Recycle Events as scheduled.
- ALWAYS work in a safe manner and display safe practices to everyone.
Required:
- Must be willing to submit to, and pass drug screening.
- Must be willing to submit to, and pass background screening.
- Have near perfect attendance.
- Have and maintain positive attitude.
- Strive for excellence.
- Submit to continual improvement,.
- Possess or able to possess Class E license and Medical DOT Card.
Experience in electronics recycling, electronics usage, or warehousing is desired, but not required. We will train the right person for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
