Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive
Department: Marketing
Level/Status: Exempt/Full Time
Job Summary: A key member of our administrative team, responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing new business opportunities for the Company. You will work closely with the Company’s management team in a fun and results oriented environment.

Essential Functions
- Maintain existing customer relationships, including on-site visits to get feedback regarding service quality.
- Responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and preparing customer contract renewals for signature, ensuring renewal dates are not missed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with important contacts at least once per quarter.
- Manage passive marketing campaigns to generate leads (e.g. LinkedIn, website, web SEO, maps SEO, targeted email, post mail, conferences/events).
- Identifying new customers (e.g. feasibility of sites, volumes, and salability).
- Engaging in active marketing (e.g. cold calls, site visits, relationship development)
- Managing the sales process (e.g. initial contact to assess customer needs, present company history, culture, services, and communicate contract options, to coordinating the onboarding of a new customer).
- Take good notes, communicate effectively with your team members, and utilize and “own” the CRM as a tool for managing the sales process, forecasting, and communication.

Growth Opportunities:
- Sales Forecasting:
- Monitor monthly statistical and trend data for use in segmenting, prioritizing and targeting marketing and sales efforts.
- Publish an accurate monthly revenue and utilization forecast.
- Institutionalizing Sales Processes:
- Develop and manage a sales and Salesforce ‘standard operating procedures’ manual.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve business goals to improve market position and achieve financial growth.
- Conduct and analyze market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing markets, competitive conditions, and customer needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, radiological sciences, or related fields.
Experience: Knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office software, database programs and client management software is required. Prior medical sales experience is preferred, but not required. Prior “cold calling” experience is preferred. Prior knowledge of the basic types and uses of radiological imaging is preferred.
Certification/Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license required. Background check required.
Salary & Benefits:
- $50-100k annual salary, determined based on experience

Location: Boise, ID, with 40% travel time primarily in rural locations throughout the Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and western Montana areas.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Director of Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
