- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, promotions and vendor training
- Place outgoing calls to known or unknown customers based on initiatives and existing work
- Demonstrate use and operation of product and recommend products to customers and answer questions
- Accurately and efficiently, complete all sales transactions which include processing invoices, returns, receiving and processing cash, checks and credit card payments
- Provide information regarding warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options
- Assist in floor moves, product, display maintenance, replenishing product and store housekeeping
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ customer service/sales experience
- Proven ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Audio Visual Knowledge
- Knowledge of advance networking
- Familiar with and able to program control systems including: RTI, Control4, Savant, Creston, Lutron, Holm, etc.
