Position Description
- Responsible for all warehouse operations including supervising a team of 10 employees responsible for receipt, shipment, transfer, inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Maintain service and on-time delivery levels.
- Implement process improvements that support order fulfillment, warehousing and inventory accuracy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar.
- Strong communication skills with a 'team player'' mentality, and a ''do what it takes to get the job done'' attitude.
- Working knowledge of a WMS is preferred.
- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000.
- Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
