  • High school education or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to maintain flexibility in changing environments, and exercise diplomacy and tact in dealing with people.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF JOB


Essential Elements

  • All routine maintenance on building and surrounding property (inside and outside building, parking lots, on roof, etc.) to the best of his/her ability and within the scope of his/her skill set.  May involve light plumbing work, light electrical work, light HVAC work, landscaping, cleaning, moving, building, arranging, filing, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Act as a liaison from Property Management to (but not limited to) cleaning crew, repair people, vendors and other property-related staff.
  • Assist with property and security issues as needed and as directed.
  • Parking lot checks daily (for violators, trash clean up, landlord compliance, etc.)  Traffic quality control in parking lots.  Parking lot clean up if necessary.  Report all incidents, potential problems, safety and security issues and violations of landlord policies immediately.

  • Take proactive steps to fix, clean, neaten, tidy-up interior and exterior property.
  • ID security pictures of new classes if needed.
  • Enforce and abide by the rules, regulations and policies of MRS BPO, L.L.C. at all times.
  • Keep all storage areas neat, clean and orderly.
  • Always represents the company a neat, clean appearance at all times (appropriate clothing, proper grooming, etc) is required.
  • Ability to provide own transportation, and at times run errands on behalf of the company.
  • Ability to work extra daily or weekend hours if needed to work on special projects.
  • Ability to work earlier /additional hours if needed in inclement weather (snowstorm) in order to clear and salt walkways.
