JOB SUMMARY: Exercise the highest level of professionalism, customer service and communication skills. This role requires a high level of customer service, persuasion, and negotiations skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to assist customers in resolving outstanding financial obligations in a call center environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous work on 3rd party paper is preferred.
  • At least six months working knowledge/work ethics experience preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry, multitasking, and computer navigation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

  • Work in our Air-Conditioned Office environment
  • Hands-on paid training is taught in a classroom setting
  • No Call Center experience is needed. We will train you as long as you are able to speak clearly and show up for work as scheduled
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls assisting them in making their car/credit card payments, answer general account questions.
  • Several shifts available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Office is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. Hand sanitizer available throughout the building. Everyone is required to wear a mask upon entering the building. Limited personnel on site and social distancing protocols are in place.
