Hourly: $28.00-$32.00/hour
Relocation offered
Shift: 2nd shift Mon-Fri 1:45p- 11:45p Sat
3rd shift Mon-Fri 9:45pm - 7:45am Sat
Job Summary:
Under the direction of a Tooling Supervisor, the Tool and Die Maker is responsible for repairing dies and making adjustments as needed to run dies in accordance with the customers’ standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to troubleshoot conditions in a production setting
- Perform die set operations
- Perform PM’s on metal stamping dies
- Perform quality checks
- Perform other duties as required
- Complete all required and applicable training required by plant and its customers.

Education / Experience / Skills:
High School Education or Equivalent (GED)
Accountabilities:
This position reports directly to the Tooling Supervisor who is responsible for their department.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Tool and Die Card from the Department of Labor preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Die Maker
- Experience working in a metal stamping facility
- Experience with large transfer and progressive dies a plus
- Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently depending upon rework
- Standing 8 or more hours, walking to assist in seat build, rework, etc...
- Ability to solve problems and work with support personnel
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must be able to meet the requirements of being able to work in the United States (INS Form I-9).
