MSA has an opportunity for an Senior Electrical Project Manager at any of our following Wisconsin offices: Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, or Kiel. Responsibilities

The work you will do

  • Project management and Client/Owner interaction
  • Electrical Engineering for the built environment: schools, higher education, commercial, municipal buildings; AKA Architectural Engineering
  • Design of building power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systems
  • Design of low voltage electrical systems to include Fire alarm, CCTV, Keyless entry, security, sound systems and Media delivery systems
  • Drawing development using Revit and assigning Revit modeling to others
  • Perform code reviews
  • Shop drawing and submittal review and processing
  • Assist with mentoring junior technicians and engineers

Qualifications

What you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
  • 10 years minimum of prior electrical engineering experience required
  • Professional Engineer license required (WI preferred)
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD required
  • Prior project management experience required
  • Experience with architectural projects such as schools, health care facilities and commercial buildings preferred
  • Prior experience coordinating a project from start to finish with both contractors and clients preferred
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills required for fast-paced and multi-tasking environment with the ability to coordinate this information across disciplines
  • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
