Busy auto body shop is looking for an Office Manager. Must be organized, dependable, flexible and take pride in your work. Duties include greeting customers, delivery personnel and insurance adjusters either via telephone or at the office in a professional manner, checking in parts, entering insurance information into estimating system and keeping the office organized and running smoothly. This job is upwardly mobile and will train in estimating if desired. Experience in the auto field is not necessary but it is a plus. Hours can be negotiated and flexible. We are a family-owned business that have been in Pasadena for 20 years.
Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
