JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform secretarial tasks for the curriculum department. Serve as the District's ISEE and PowerSchool Data Administrator coordinating all associated activities and providing training and support as needed. Support district personnel in the completion of activities that involve data and assessment requirements. Collect, store and distribute student assessment data.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Two years post high school education or comparable secretarial experience.
2. Computer skills: software applications, word processing, spreadsheet applications, ability to update applicable web pages, and troubleshoot program issues.
3. Proficient with computer operating systems, printers, networks, interactive video/information systems, administrative and instructional software applications; and training building level support staff, test proctors and administrators in local and area wide network software applications.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills; reading and speaking English; positive and effective communication.
5. Collaboration and organizational skills; knowledge of technical language related to this position; and learning, reasoning, and making decisions.
6. Ability to analyze and interpret school demographic information, reporting and implementation of State Department of Education (SDE) data; prepare narrative and statistical reports, unit reports, enrollment, projections, and schedules.
7. Ability to work independently in an environment with distractions and interruptions.
