Qualifications
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
Requires , analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Experience with and a demonstrated expertise with Excel is required. Requires experience with database management and Avaya Call Management System
Education:
A College Degree is required.
Experience:
Five (5) plus years of Call center experience with an emphasis on training methods and/or workforce planning experience.
Experience with call center reporting technologies is required.
