Job Posting for MESSAGE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE at MSI Call Center

This position is onsite 3- 6 month assignment

HOURS: 12pm-8pm

1) Tuesday-Saturday

2) Sunday - Thursday

Due to business expansion we are looking for individuals with good interpersonal and typing skills.

As a message center rep you will be receieving messages from patients and callers, take messages and either send message to the office or follow procedures to deliver the message to the clinician.

High School Degree

3-5 years of customer servuce experience

Typing 40wpm

Willingness to help others and patient manner
