Responsibilities:
- Lead large scale influencer, PR and digital activations from ideation to execution
- Effectively develop and present out-of-the-box ideas that connect the brand equity to culture; develop innovative programs to help clients achieve their goals
- Assist the SVP in leading and managing the interagency team, including Creative and Media agency partners
- Maintain deep understanding of the clients’ businesses, priorities, challenges and the competitive landscape
- Build rapport and credibility with clients, based on trust and expert counsel
- Effectively build relationships with agency partners and find areas of integration to help amplify programs
- Have a strong understanding of, and oversee account team to deliver, programs that drive earned media, digital, social and influencer engagement
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and utilize analytic tools to effectively track and measure success of activations, as well as inform strategic optimization recommendations in real time and future planning
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of 4-6 employees
- Lead account team operations, finances, and support organic growth plans to meet or exceed revenue goals
Requirements/Skills:
- 8 years of previous experience and a B.A. in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline
- A proven expertise in advising senior client executives in a crisis and complex issues
- Previous experience with managing campaigns and strategies for regulated products (FDA, EPA)
- Previous track record of working collaboratively expert advisors and spokespersons (doctors, scientists) in a branded capacity
- Proven experience in managing account teams with a blend of strong time management, leadership, team building, mentoring and client relation skills
- Proven experience working in tandem with other creative agencies to develop comprehensive campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as an ability to develop new business presentations are essential
- Creative thinker with a pulse on what’s happening in culture; share a passion for bringing forward-looking ideas to the team and client
- Prior experience managing Influencer and integrated media campaigns
Compensation Range: $115,000-$194,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
Salary : $115,000 - $194,500
