Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Manager and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
• Write user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
• Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch to evaluate future investment.
• Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile. Familiarity with BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles is highly preferred.
• Recent experience working with a team of software engineers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale would be a valuable asset
• Experience with a Bank Accounts Receivable or Payment or Lending Product highly preferred
• High degree of comfort and understanding with technical concepts, data structure, tech stacks preferred.
• Prior experience in a matrix organization and cross functional environment is a plus
• Have experience in working with Core Account/Accounts Receivable Management (Full Cycle, Revolving)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
