Responsibilities
- Own specific area of the business from technical leadership and drive the technology vision and road
- Work with customers, product managers, executive leadership to understand the business vision, needs, problems and translate that into technical solutions
- Build technology frameworks, best practices and adoption
- Provide technical guidance and direction to development team to make sure the implementation aligns to the project needs
- Implement POCs, perform R&D activities
- Establish trusted relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders
- Lead complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
- Lead technical teams to accomplish customer goals and project deliverable through the development of sound delivery strategies and planning
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering with applicable experience
- 8 years of implementation experience, across the full software development lifecycle
- 3 years of working experience as technical lead or technical architect or solution architect
- Previous experience of large-scale project implementations and driving solutions
- Exposure to broad set of technologies and implementation patterns
- Expert level understanding of cloud solutions, web services and integration architecture
- Working knowledge of at least one of the integration tools like Mulesoft, Del Boomi etc.
- Good understanding of the emerging technology landscape.
- Technology Specific Certifications (based on specialization)
- Experience with Salesforce or Mulesoft is a plus
- Experience with healthcare industry is a plus
